At Bodywall we imagined a whole new way to exercise. A stretching system which works by essentially attaching oneself to a near vertical wall and using one's own body weight to hang from it.

Description
Place Legs slightly wider than shoulder width. Grip rope with hands as shown. Engage inner unit and twist trunk away from the direction of the rope.
